Terms of use and product licence.

1. Who provides the resource

PayPerAI is operated from Australia. Business contact: info@payperai.ai. These terms cover this website and the digital resources described on their individual product pages. PayPerAI is not a bank, wallet custodian, payment provider or supplier certification service.

2. The product and its limits

The first pack consists of original supplier-screening checklists, catalogue fields, formulas, templates and an illustrative worked example in JSON format. It does not contain a named verified supplier directory, live prices, inventory, private quotations, legal opinions or product-safety certifications.

The material is general workflow information, not financial, tax, legal or product-safety advice. Inputs and conclusions need your review. No particular profit, supplier performance or business result is promised.

3. Licence

After a valid purchase, the purchaser may download the purchased version, make reasonable backups, and use or adapt it within their own business and internal automated workflows. Staff or contractors may use it for that business's work. The purchaser may use its processes to produce their own business decisions and communications.

The licence does not permit reselling, sublicensing or publicly redistributing the pack or a substantially equivalent template collection as a competing product. It does not grant rights to third-party supplier images, brands, data or catalogues. Those require their own permissions.

The free sample is an excerpt for evaluation and may be used for internal testing. It is not the complete paid product. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited are unaffected.

4. Price and payment

The card price is US$19.00 USD, displayed before card sales open. The separate USDC / x402 route is paused and is not part of the card purchase. Review the actual amount and currency at checkout. The present offer has no subscription or automatic renewal.

Card payments run through Stripe and are charged once at US$19.00 USD. No new crypto approvals or payments are requested while USDC / x402 is paused. We do not treat an ordinary page visit, an AI crawl or a citation as consent to a payment.

5. Delivery and remedies

See the digital delivery policy and refund policy. If an order is paid but not delivered, retain the payment reference and contact us. Do not pay again to fix a download. Nothing here excludes applicable consumer guarantees or remedies.

6. Responsible use

You are responsible for checking your inputs, obtaining permission to use supplier content and complying with applicable obligations in your business. Do not submit secrets, private supplier correspondence or personal data for public distribution. An AI output or a template score is not evidence that a supplier or product is safe.

7. Availability, versions and changes

We may maintain or pause the site, but that does not remove rights relating to a valid purchase. The version described at checkout is the version purchased; future reports, managed services and ongoing updates are separate unless expressly included. Changes to these terms do not remove non-excludable rights or silently change an already purchased product.
